Lotus365 Login – Official Link & ID Help
This is the official Lotus365 login page. Use the Sign In button on this page or at the top of any page to open the login form.
Lotus365 official login link
The official Lotus365 sites are https://lotus365.lk and https://lotus365.com.lk. Before you type your username and password, check that the address bar shows one of these addresses. Fake sites copy our look and our name to steal IDs and money, so this one check matters more than anything else on this page.
Tip: bookmark this page, or install the Lotus365 app, so you never have to search for the login link again.
How to log in to Lotus365
- Open lotus365.lk in your browser or open the Lotus365 app.
- Tap Sign In.
- Enter your username and password.
- Tap Sign In to open your account.
If you created your account with Google, use Continue with Google on the same form.
Forgot your password?
- On the sign-in form, tap Forgot password?
- Enter your username.
- We send a one-time code to the mobile number registered on your account.
- Enter the code and choose a new password.
If the code does not arrive, wait a minute and try again, and check that you typed your username correctly. If you no longer use the mobile number on your account, contact customer care.
Login problems and how to fix them
- "Wrong username or password" — usernames are not the same as your mobile number. Check for extra spaces and that Caps Lock is off.
- The page does not load — check your internet connection, then refresh. If you saved an old link, open lotus365.lk directly.
- Account locked — after several wrong attempts the account is paused for your safety. Wait a little, or reset your password.
- App will not open — download the latest version from the app download page.
Keep your Lotus365 ID safe
- Never share your password or a one-time code (OTP) with anyone. Lotus365 staff will never ask for them.
- Use a password you do not use on any other site.
- Log out when you use a shared phone or computer.
- Only log in on lotus365.lk, lotus365.com.lk or the official app.
Don't have an ID yet?
Creating a Lotus365 ID takes about a minute: see how to register. You need a mobile number to receive a one-time code, and you must be 18 or older.
After you log in
Once you are signed in you can make a deposit with UPI, follow live matches, place bets on cricket and football, play casino games and check your bet history and statement from your account menu. Your balance is shown at the top of every page.
Signing in on phone and computer
Lotus365 works in any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox — on Android phones, iPhones, tablets and computers. Your username and password are the same everywhere, and your balance, open bets and history follow you from one device to another. On a phone, the Lotus365 app is the quickest way in: it opens straight to your account with one tap.
If you sign in on a new phone or computer, nothing changes on your account. Just remember to log out from devices you no longer use.
Two common mix-ups
- Username vs mobile number. You sign in with the username you chose when you registered. Your mobile number is only used to receive one-time codes.
- Old links and saved pages. If you saved a link months ago, or someone sent you one, it may not be the official site. Type lotus365.lk yourself to be sure.
