Lotus365 Official vs Fake Sites
Lotus365 is a popular name, and that makes it a target. Many websites, apps and social media pages copy the Lotus365 name and logo to take people's money or steal their login. This page shows you how to make sure you are always on the real Lotus365.
The official Lotus365 addresses
The official Lotus365 websites are:
The only official app is the one on our app download page. Any other website using the Lotus365 name is not ours, however similar it looks.
Warning signs of a fake Lotus365 site
- The address is slightly different — extra letters, numbers or words, or a different ending such as .com, .in or .net.
- Someone sends you a "new link" on WhatsApp or Telegram and says the old site is closed.
- You are asked to pay to get an ID. Registering on Lotus365 is free on the official site.
- Deposits go to a personal account shared in a chat instead of the payment details shown on the Deposit page after you log in.
- Bonuses that sound too good to be true, such as guaranteed wins or fixed matches.
- You are asked for your OTP or password. Lotus365 never asks for these.
Fake apps
APK files shared in groups or on other websites can be changed to record your password or redirect your deposits. Only install the app from lotus365.lk. If you already installed an app from somewhere else, uninstall it, change your password and download the official app.
Fake agents and support numbers
People pretending to be Lotus365 agents or support staff may contact you first. Real support never asks for your password or one-time codes, and never asks you to send money to a personal account. Use the support options on the official site only — see customer care.
How to check you are on the real site
- Look at the address bar: it must read lotus365.lk or lotus365.com.lk.
- Type the address yourself or use a bookmark instead of clicking links in messages.
- Make deposits only through the Deposit page inside your account.
If you think you were cheated
- Stop sending money and do not share any more codes.
- Change your Lotus365 password from the official site straight away.
- Contact customer care with screenshots of the chat, the website address and any payment details.
- Report the payment to your bank or UPI app as fraud.
Staying on the official site protects your money, your bets and your personal details.
Fake pages on social media
Copy pages on Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and YouTube often use our name and logo, post "winning tips" and ask people to message them for an ID or a deposit link. Lotus365 does not sell IDs, fixed matches or guaranteed wins through chats. If a page asks you to pay someone directly, it is not us.
Help your friends stay safe
Many people find fake sites through a link a friend forwarded. If you share Lotus365 with someone, send them the address lotus365.lk rather than a link from a group, and tell them to download the app only from the official app download page.
Report a fake site
If you come across a website, app or page pretending to be Lotus365, send the link and a screenshot to customer care. Reports from players help us warn others and get copies taken down.
