Lotus365 Register – Create Your ID

Creating a Lotus365 ID is free and takes about a minute. All you need is a mobile number that can receive a one-time code, and you must be at least 18 years old.

How to register on Lotus365

1. Open lotus365.lk or the Lotus365 app and tap Sign Up.
2. Enter your mobile number with the right country code.
3. Enter the one-time code (OTP) we send to that number. This confirms the number is yours.
4. Choose a username and a password.
5. Tap Sign Up. Your Lotus365 ID is ready and you are signed in.

You can also start with Continue with Google; you will be asked to confirm your mobile number with a code afterwards.

Choosing a username and password

• Your username is what you sign in with, so pick one you will remember.
• Use a strong password with a capital letter, a number and a symbol.
• Do not use the same password you use for email or banking.

Why we ask for your mobile number

Your mobile number protects your account. We use it to send one-time codes when you sign up and when you reset your password, so nobody else can take over your ID. One mobile number can be used for one account.

Your first deposit

After you register, open Deposit from the menu. UPI apps such as Google Pay, PhonePe and Paytm are supported. Follow the steps on screen and your balance updates once the payment is confirmed. New players can check the promotions page for the current welcome offer.

Registration problems

• The OTP does not arrive — check that the number and country code are correct, wait a minute and tap resend.
• "Number already registered" — you already have an ID. Go to login and use Forgot password? if you need to.
• Username taken — add a few letters or numbers to make it unique.

Register only on the official site

Create your ID only on lotus365.lk, lotus365.com.lk or the official app. Agents or websites that offer to "create an ID for you" for a fee are not part of Lotus365. Read official vs fake sites to learn how to spot them.

Play responsibly

Only bet what you can afford to lose. Set a budget, take breaks, and stop if betting stops being fun. Lotus365 is strictly for adults aged 18 and over.

What you can do after you register

As soon as your ID is ready you can:

• Bet on cricket, football, tennis, basketball and boxing, before the match or live.
• Play casino games such as Aviator, Teen Patti and Andar Bahar, and join live dealer tables.
• Check the promotions page for offers and join the VIP Club as you play.
• See your bets, deposits and withdrawals in your account statement at any time.

Keep your details up to date

Your profile holds the details we need to pay you. Before your first withdrawal, add your own bank account in your profile — withdrawals are paid only to an account in your name. If you change your mobile number later, contact customer care so codes keep reaching you.

One account per person

Each player may hold one Lotus365 ID, linked to one mobile number. Opening extra accounts to claim the same offer again is not allowed and can lead to the accounts being closed and bonuses removed.
